Refund Eligibility
- Incorrect or Missing Items – If you receive a package with missing items or items that do not match your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at sales@trippygreeny.com within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Package Must Be Returned – To be eligible for a refund, the package and products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Refund Process
- Refunds will only be processed if the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the package. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
- Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 30 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
No Returns After 3 Days
- No Returns – Packages cannot be returned after 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance in these cases.
